HISTORY
1994 - CRO for Beckman Inc. (USA), now Beckman-Coulter
Inc.
inpeco started the design and development of the “Concept Model”,
the first workcell approach to automate the pre and post analytical
phases for the Clinical Chemistry Laboratories. The automation solution,
named TM AccelNet , has been successfully developed and presented
by Beckman Inc. in all major international exhibitions of laboratory
instrumentation and installed in several European and American Laboratories.
May 1995 – HTS Workcell
inpeco signed a contract to develop a workcell for compound preparation
and storage for Farmitalia S.p.A., now Pharmacia Upjohn. The high
throughput workcell automated the discovery and storing of biological
materials.
October 1996 – RoboRunTM Workcell
inpeco started the development of a new HTS Workcell for the study
of drugs and molecules for Glaxo Wellcome Inc., now Glaxo SmithKline.
1997 – Contract with Ortho-Clinical
Diagnostic
inpeco signed a contract to develop and produce the Vitros WorkCellTM,
a new automation platform for the pre/post-analytical process of blood
sample treatment in Clinical Chemistry Laboratories.
October 1997 – ISO 9001 compliant
Quality Management System
inpeco became an ISO 9001 certified company.
1998 – Contract with Instrumentation
Laboratory
inpeco signed a contract to develop and produce the Dek-RekTM device,
a sample tube decapper and recapper for the ACL9000.
September 1998 – Contract with DadeBehring
Inc. (USA)
inpeco signed a contract to design and produce the StreamLABTM Analytical
Workcell, a Dade Behring automation technology for Clinical Chemistry
Laboratories. The Workcell has been successfully developed and presented
by DadeBehring in all major international exhibitions of laboratory
instrumentation and installed in several laboratories around the world.
